Daily resets and event windows are the timers people check most often, and they are also the ones with the worst published data. Here is what can be confirmed so far, and what cannot.

Reset times are reported as 16:00 server time by one community database and 09:00 by another. Both cannot be right, so neither is published.

Two community sources disagree on the daily reset hour. Screenshot a confirmed in-game reset timer before trusting either.
The daily reset time is not settled
Two community databases currently report different daily reset hours, and a third source describes the duty quest reset as a separate evening event again. They cannot all be right, and none of them pins the time to a named time zone, which makes the discrepancy worse — the same hour means different instants on the Taiwan, Korean and Global clocks.
The game itself is the tiebreaker here. The client shows the reset countdown inside the relevant menu — the Duty menu for duty quests, for example — and that countdown is authoritative in a way a community table is not.
The weekly reset
Weekly resets are consistently reported as landing on the same weekday, and the disagreement is only over the hour. Because the weekday is agreed, you can plan around it; because the hour is not, this page does not print one. Check the in-game weekly reset indicator the day before rather than trusting a table.
Reading the in-game timers
AION 2 exposes countdowns for several cycles inside the client. When you find one, it shows time remaining rather than an absolute hour, which sidesteps the time zone problem entirely: remaining time is the same number for every player on that realm, whatever zone their device is set to.
That is why this site prefers countdowns over fixed-time tables. Once a reset clock is confirmed, the countdown on this page will resolve it to your zone automatically, including across daylight saving changes.
Frequently asked questions
What time is the daily reset in AION 2?
Community sources disagree on the hour, and none of them names the time zone it refers to, so this page does not publish one. Check the countdown in the relevant in-game menu — it is authoritative and shows remaining time rather than an absolute hour.
When is the weekly reset?
The weekday is consistently reported; the exact hour is not settled across sources. Check the in-game weekly indicator before planning around it.
Why do countdowns work better than fixed times?
Remaining time is the same number for every player on a realm regardless of their time zone, while a fixed hour means different instants on the Taiwan, Korean and Global clocks. A countdown removes the conversion step entirely.
